Andrea has always been a UU at heart and spirit, believing that there is some piece of truth in all spiritual paths and belief systems, and believing that finding common ground between us would bring us a greater Peace in the world. She was an involved UU in NH, and had planned to to find a congregation when she moved to Florida 4 1/2 years ago. Sadly, the pandemic put a hold on that for most of that time. In greeting the new year of 2024, it became her goal to make this year one of Growth, for her.
“Now that I have found this amazing congregation in Fort Myers, thrilled to be a welcomed member, it is my fondest hope that I can help UUCFM make 2024 one of the congregations' Growth. I introduced my children to the UU when we were living in New Hampshire, and I hope to introduce my Grandpa Princesses to the UU soon. I want to ensure this congregation will be one that they can feel safe, comfortable, and loved in, and hope that we can also spread that within Southwest Florida. Possibly most importantly, I would love to see us spread the Joy of our Faith of Common Ground, throughout.”
