The Service Auction was held on Saturday evening, March 13, 2010. Our theme was "Over the Top for yoUU" using Top Hats in all of our promotions. Our net income for this year was a little over $11,000. The evening agenda included heavy hors d'ouvres, drinks, a silent auction and a live auction. 100 goods & services were offered by 73 donors and 67 buyers purchased at least one item or service. 91 tickets were sold prior to the event and 40 volunteers contributed to its success. This Auction is UUCFM's largest fundraiser and it is a line item in our budget.

The 2011 Auction will also be in March and is currently looking for a person(s) to chair the 2012 event and thus be involved in 2011 to learn the system. Please contact the current co-chairs if you are interested. Many other volunteers will also be needed as we ramp up in December 2010 for the March 2011 production.
